Bio

Dr. Wallis is a 1998 graduate of Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. After graduation, she worked at the Brookfield Zoo and the Cincinnati Zoo before entering private practice. She took the CSU Acupuncture course in 1997-1998 and TAed the course for three years after that. She is also certified by IVAS and has been an examiner for the IVAS certification exam. She is certified in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy through Healing Oasis. She has studied advanced veterinary acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and food therapy at the Chi Institute and became a Certified Chinese Veterinary Herbalist (CVCH) in 2009 and completed her Master's Degree in Human Acupuncture in 2019. She currently has a mixed animal practice in Colorado where her practice is exclusively acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese herbal medicine.
