Dr. Dennis graduated from the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and completed a 1 year large animal internship at the University of Georgia CVM in 1994. After 10 years in general small animal practice, she completed the Small Animal Acupuncture course at Chi in 2003 and was certified in veterinary acupuncture. Since 2004, Dr. Dennis has practiced TCVM exclusively. She completed the Chinese Herbal Medicine course at Chi in 2010 and became certified in 2012. She has also completed the courses in Small Animal and Equine TCVM Diagnostics, Classical Points and Advanced Acupuncture Techniques, Food Therapy, Tui-na, and Evidence Based Acupuncture. In 2012, Dr Dennis opened Harmony Vet Acupuncture and Spine Care in Madison, WI, where she offers a variety of holistic therapies including acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Food Therapy,Tui-na and reiki for small animals and horses. She lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband and three children.
